Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

International Shipping (7-14 business days)

2. Processing Time
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST ship same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends ship next business day
- Processing may take 1-2 additional days during peak seasons
- Custom or personalized items may require 3-5 business days processing
3. Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for standard shipping only.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and Japan. Additional countries may be available - check at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships
- Track your package through your account or the carrier's website
- Delivery confirmation is required for all orders over $100
- Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days
5. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please check with neighbors and building management. Contact us within 48 hours if you believe your package was stolen.
Damaged Packages
Inspect packages upon delivery. Report damage to the carrier and contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and items.
Incorrect Address
Ensure your shipping address is correct. We're not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. International Orders
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
- Some items may be restricted in certain countries
- International orders cannot be expedited once shipped
7. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early and selecting express shipping for time-sensitive gifts. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
